Overview:
Microchip SAM L11 ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCUS are ultra-low power 32-bit MCUS with TrustZone, encryption capabilities, and enhanced positive temperature coefficient (PTC). The SAM L11 MCU is equipped with a 32MHz ARM® Cortex-M23 core with a single-cycle hardware multiplier, hardware divider, nested vector Interrupt controller (NVIC), and memory protection Unit (MPU). These MCUS feature a flexible clock allocation (optimized for low power consumption) and a 32.768kHz crystal oscillator. The SAML11 MCU has active mode, idle mode, standby mode (with partial or full SRAM hold), and sleep mode.
The SAML11-KPH model (ATSAML11E15A-MUKPH) is pre-configured with a Trustonic Root of Trust key and is supported by the Kinibi-M software development kit. The SAML11 model (ATSAML11E15A-MU) can optionally use the Secure Thingz Secure Deploy™ architecture for security key configuration. The SAM L11 MCU uses 2 MPUs, 3 DAL, and TrustZone for ARMv8-M.
